All pick-ups are between 10 am to 4 pm and all drop-offs are between 9 am to 3 pm. We can accommodate for out of office pick-ups & return in Las Vegas & San Francisco yet sadly not in Los Angeles.
We do offer pick ups and drop offs outside of our office hours for Las Vegas & San Francisco. Sheets, covers, duvets, pillows, cooking material (pots/pans/cutlery and more) and chairs are provided for a one-off fee of $45/rental.
Travellers Autobarn vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly, unfortunately this doesn’t prevent the occasional mechanical malfunction or breakdown.
In the event you experience any problems, even minor, you must contact our Customer Care team for further assistance. If immediate assistance is required, it is best to phone us.

Yes, you can, yet it depends on state legislation. Currently, your child needs to be at least 6 years for travel through Nevada and at least 8 years for travel through California (if your child is younger they are only able to travel with us by hiring a Station Wagon/Mini Van). It remains the hirer’s responsibility to identify the requirements for each state at all times. For more information click here.
HI5 CAMPERVAN: Accepts baby seats (6 month -3 years) and booster seats (4-7 years)

We do charge per day, so if you would rent from Monday to Tuesday you would be charged for two days.
The daily rate includes 3rd party and liability coverage to the levels set by the individual states. If your own travel insurance does not include liability coverage up to $500,000 USD, we can offer this to you for an additional $13.99/day.
Depending on the length of your rental discounts are applied automatically – it’s called long-hire discount. Generally, if you rent over 7, 14 or 21 days a discount on the daily rate is applied automatically – anywhere between 5% to 20%. One-way fees are waived for any rentals over 28 days.
While it is not required to have an international driving license to rent with us we do recommend getting one.

We do have strict restrictions for traveling through the Death Valley. This is really more for your & the campervan’s safety – 122 degrees Fahrenheit (50 degrees Celsius) is simply too hot.
As such we don’t allow any travel through the Death Valley between the 1st of May to 30th of September each year; at any other time, you are more than welcome to explore Death Valley.
Unfortuantely pets are not allowed in any vehicles with us. Renter is fully responsible for all damages and a minimum fee of $250.00 for cleaning/deodorizing applies.
