A Fantastic Winter Road Trip with Travellers Autobarn! I recently embarked on a winter road trip with a campervan rented from Travellers Autobarn in Los Angeles, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect, making my journey truly memorable. Firstly, the staff at Travellers Autobarn deserve a huge shout-out. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional. They made the rental process smooth and hassle-free, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. It's evident that they take pride in ensuring that their customers have the best possible experience. The van itself was in impeccable condition. It was super clean and well maintained, giving me complete confidence as I hit the road. One of the standout features for this trip was the built-in heater. Traveling in winter can be challenging due to the cold, but the heater kept the interior perfectly cozy and comfortable throughout my journey. We rented the van for 5 days, and the experience was absolutely incredible! We explored Yosemite National Park and had an unforgettable time, all thanks to the van. It was super easy to drive and kept us warm at night, which made a huge difference since it was freezing outside (and trust me, it was suuuuper cold). From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I couldn’t recommend this company more for anyone looking to elevate their road trip adventure!
Hell yeah! I rented a van from The Travellers and they made our year-end vacation fantastic. The price is reasonable and the service is wonderful. If you need a help, go find Luis. He was the one who helped me lot from A to Z!
We rented a campervan from Travellers Autobarn for 3 weeks in November/December and explored national parks in California, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. The Winter Premium Pack, with a heated blanket and electric heater, kept us warm even in freezing temperatures. The campervan was reliable, well-equipped, and gave us the freedom to travel at our own pace. From the Grand Canyon to Zion and Yosemite, every destination was breathtaking. Starting and ending in LA, this trip was unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and both the pick-up and drop-off processes were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend Travellers Autobarn for an epic winter (or summer) road trip!
SAN FRANCISCO
We had a wonderful road trip from Las Vegas to San Francisco in a camper van rented from this company. Everything was perfect. The van was very comfortable and had everything we needed: gas, a fridge, microwave, sink, sleeping places with cozy sleeping bags and clean bedding, and even a long water hose. We also ordered a table and chairs – that made our stops even more comfortable. There was no toilet inside the van, but it was not a problem for us because we stayed at campgrounds with clean restrooms. Everything worked well, and we had no issues during the trip. We especially want to say a big thank you to Alina, who welcomed us when we returned the van. She was very friendly and kind, and we really appreciated her attitude and warm smile. Thank you for making our trip so easy and enjoyable! We will remember it for a long time.
Picking up our minivan from Travellers Autobarn was super easy, thanks to Alina. She was really friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the van before we hit the road. The whole process was quick and smooth, and the van was clean and ready to go. Alina made it all really straightforward and stress-free. Big thanks to her for making the start of our trip so easy!
An amazing experience from the Pacific Ocean to Yosemite! The Hi5 van was perfect for the 3 of us as we could all sit across the front. Very comfortable to drive and sleep in. Alina was wonderful at pick up and drop off - so enthusiastic about the vans and our trip. Highly recommended if you want a van in this area.
we enjoyed our trip with our travellers autobarn ford transit, we drove from las vegas to san francisco and visited serveral national parks. the service in both cities was friendly and helpful. the van was super cozy and fully equipped.
We rented the Hi-5 for our family of 4 and it was perfect for our needs. We travelled nearly 4,000 miles over 10 days and the price was right, the amount of space worked well, and we had no issues. Pickup and drop off were smooth and fast. Highly recommend! Anthony was wonderful and answered all of our questions!
LAS VEGAS
Have rented a van from them multiple times. Excellent value for the experience. Customer service is always top-notch. I have rented the Kuga and Caravan for different needs and trips. Both vans worked out great. Storage in the Kuga and amenities like lights, charging ports, and a refrigerator run on the solar panels and never failed. The Caravan is a basic van with no added features, but for such a low rental cost and unlimited free mileage, I tossed my air mattress in the back and a small cooler and hit the road for two weeks. It was more than enough.
Second time using the Vegas location & having Zia as our point of contact (Zia you’re the man!!!), 3rd time using TA. Yet another amazing trip with TA. Price point is excellent. The van suits my needed (the unlimited mileage is HUGE!). Highly recommend. My only complaint? You need to be in Canada!!!
We rented the Kuga van for 8 days to do a road trip around Zion, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The van has been used and had miles on it, but was all we needed for what we were doing and kept things in budget. The solar panels were excellent so we could have lights, cool, and charge our devices in the evenings. Van had enough storage for 2 people easily. Would rent from them again. Ran into Autobarn vans everywhere which was so fun. Felt like you had friends all over the road!
Zya and the other staffs (in Las Vegas) were very welcoming and helpful! The pick-up and return were easy. We had our van for 1 month and everything went really well!
Overall great choice. Seamless experience for booking and check in. Van was in good shape, and was a comfortable home for a week around Utah and Arizona. We spoke to others with vans from the same company who had similarly positive experiences. Zia took good care of us at both check in and return!
